Operator Full Day: (<10hrs) $650 (includes the new AB5 fees for worker’s comp and payroll processing)
Operator Half day: $400 (ONLY for existing clients, non-profits, & portal to portal < 5 hrs)
Operator OT: (10-11hrs) $97.50/hr
Operator OT: (12+ hours) $130/hr
Standard camera mounted Teleprompter with laptop: (4:3 aspect ratio: 7″, 10″, 15″, 19″, 16:9 aspect ratio: 20″, 22″) $300/day
High bright teleprompter: (10″, 15″ & 19″, 20″ 16:9) Add $100/day
Additional camera teleprompter (any size) Add $200/day
40″ Teleprompter-Gigante $400/day (freestanding and indoors only)
Teleprompter laptop only: (with Word, Pages, PowerPoint, & Keynote installed) $250/day
iPad prompter: (iPad and prompting app not included) $150/day unmanned
iPad Pro for above iPad prompter includes prompting app: $25/day unmanned
Interrotron: (with 19″ monitors & hoods, C-stands, and HD camcorder) $450/day Typically needs an operator
EyeDirect/ VoxBox: $200/day unmanned rental
Presidential Teleprompter SILVER PKG: (Two 15″ monitors, mirrors, VGA cables, single teleprompter laptop with software) $450
Presidential Teleprompter GOLD PKG: (Two 19″ monitors, mirrors, VGA/HDMI or SDI cables, back up and primary teleprompter laptops) $650
Presidential Teleprompter PLATINUM PKG: (Robotic TeleStepper poles, two HIGHBRIGHT 19″ monitors, mirrors, VGA/HDMI or SDI cables, UPS battery, back up and primary teleprompter laptops) $850
TeleStepper: (Robotic Presidential poles) $300 (in addition to a presidential rental)
Word Wedges/ lyric prompters: (24″ monitors in wooden shrouds simulating speaker/monitors) $400/pair (currently own two, can build more)
Down Stage Monitors: (aka DSM, musician, lyric, or concert prompter) with stand and laptops
• 24″ $250/single, additional monitor $75/each (currently own four, can get more)
• 30″ $300/single, additional monitor $150/each (currently own two, can get more)
• 40″ $300/single, additional monitor $150/each (currently own two, can get more)
• 50″ $400/single, additional monitor $300/each (currently own two, can get more)
Printer & one ream of paper: $35/day
Uninterrupted Power Supply: (UPS) $35/day
Wireless slide advancer: (for PowerPoint and Keynote) $15/day
Battery system: $35/day
Shipping: client’s responsibility: from Zip Code 94014, insured both ways
Operator Driving: after 30 minute each direction gratis: flat time $65/hr
Delivery of unmanned rental equipment within 30 mile radius: $100 R/T per service, meaning DELIVERY includes to/from site, which is billed separately from RETURN which includes to/from site) Does not include set up or tear down. That’s labor.
Parking: typically $35/day but varies per location
Mileage: (outside 35 mile radius/ round trip is 70) $ .57.5/mile
